Business Development Representative
Location: Washington, California, Colorado, or Texas
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based – Uncapped earning potential
S2M3 is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on performance, not process — someone who would rather measure success by revenue earned than dials made.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and identify potential clients in the cybersecurity and AI/software markets through cold outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and strategic networking.
- Research accounts to uncover business drivers, pain points, and decision-makers.
- Create and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to fuel the sales team’s success.
- Engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule calls or demos for account executives.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to design targeted outreach strategies by vertical and region.
- Maintain clean and accurate prospect records in our CRM (SuiteCRM or Salesforce).
- Stay sharp on industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technology trends to position our solutions effectively.
- Provide insights from your conversations that influence messaging, product direction, and campaign strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years+ of experience in software sales or B2B lead generation, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to generate and convert qualified leads independently.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (SuiteCRM, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re accountable for outcomes and motivated by the direct connection between effort and earning.
- Ability to work remotely with discipline, focus, and a drive to win.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
