Key Responsibilities:

•    Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through strategic demand generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
•    Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification through solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and successful deal closure for our software solutions.
•    Build Relationships with IT Stakeholders: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key IT decision-makers and business leaders within target accounts, understanding their challenges and strategic goals.
•    Account Management: Effectively manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and fostering repeat business.
•    Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business challenges and technical requirements, effectively positioning and articulating the unique value proposition of our software solutions.
•    Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and meticulously manage all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
•    Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge and inform sales strategies.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and professional services teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

•    Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    2-3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, specifically selling software solutions within the technology sector.
•    Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
•    Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•    Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

•    Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) for pipeline management and reporting.
•    Proven experience with various demand generation strategies and tools.
•    Familiarity with common software categories such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data analytics, ERP, CRM, or specific industry-focused applications.
•    Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Strong business acumen and understanding of various industry verticals.
