In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge software and consulting solutions, and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through strategic demand generation activities—prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process from first contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders and decision-makers across enterprise accounts.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients for ongoing satisfaction, cross-selling, and repeat business.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery discussions to identify client challenges and align S2M3’s solutions to their strategic goals.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an active pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and manage all activity within a CRM platform.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work jointly with technical engineers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years proven experience in technology sales, preferably in software or IT services.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and enterprise decision cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently within a remote/virtual sales environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, SuiteCRM, etc. 
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, virtualization & containers, platforms, or modern infrastructure technologies.
  • Understanding of demand generation strategies and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and ROI.
  • Familiarity with Open Source Distribution.
  • Established professional network within technology or enterprise sectors.
